 Saturday was fun! After working the morning shift for Tony Pann the Weather Man (we all fill in for each other this time of year during vacation season; Tony is filling in for Topper, etc.) I took a littly nappy nap and then headed up north of Baltimore to the Woodhall Wine Cellars for some wine tasting. Woodhall uses all Maryland grapes, just not all from their own vineyard... But being the TEETOTALER that I am, I was along merely for the social fun of the large group that met us there, including LOGO MAN (You know him as Logogui in our community) and Angie (Ms. Traffic) and Jen C (another blogging buddy). It was hard to estimate how long it would take to get there from the DC area, afterall, there were two "Beltways" to navigate . This gets increasingly more difficult to do if you are a Chatty Cathy as are Traffic Angie and Jen C. They were so chatty that they missed their e xit by 12 miles! YIKES! But that is okay, they made it there safely and didn't even miss the first round of white wine. Ben thought this would be a great opportunity to try out some possible wines to have at our wedding (IN 362 DAYS! OMG!!) Other friends included were: Kelly and Steve from Gaithersburg (that is them to the left), Deanna and Matthew from Annandale , Logo and Mike from DC , and Cedric and Tara from Alexandria & DC .
