It wasn't exactly expected, but it wasn't surprising to the Pistons. The showstopper at the team's public scrimmage Thursday night at Oakland University was Walter Herrmann. While we still have a hard time seeing how the 6-foot-9 small forward from Argentina can get much playing time behind Tayshaun Prince and with coach Michael Curry's plan to give Rip Hamilton some run at the 3, the crowd got to witness a great shooting display. Guarded mostly by rookie Walter Sharpe, Herrmann knocked down open jumper after open jumper. "Lighting it up!" Rasheed Wallace exclaimed. "Herm did good.
