Cisco is looking for a User Experience Architect to join the growing User Experience team responsible for Cisco's Support web site. As a member of this team, you will work collaboratively with business stakeholders, product and project managers, IT engineers and developers to define, design and validate the best user experience possible. Users of Cisco’s Support web site come to the site looking for solutions, technical documentation and advice. It is the User Experience team’s job to ensure that the paths to their success are clear and well marked. You will have a broad knowledge of information architecture deliverables and usability testing methodologies. You can cite multiple successes by employing the most effective techniques available from the information architecture, user research and usability testing toolboxes. You are equally clear and comfortable communicating with clients via face-to-face, telephone, email, and video-conferencing settings. You are an advocate for collaborative and iterative processes.
