Broward Democratic Chairman Mitch Ceasar and Florida Senate Minority Leader Steve Geller, D-Cooper City, are both superdelegates to their party's presidential nominating convention. Neither has endorsed Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama. But they have different takes on the weekend decision by the Democratic National Committee's Rules and Bylaws Committee decision to seat all 211 Florida delegates but give each half a vote.
