Turkey's prime minister is in Iraq for talks and will also discuss his country's border raids against Kurdish rebels. Iraqi Prime Mister Nouri al-Maliki says Recep Tayyip Erdogan's "historical" trip finds the two countries poised for a new era of cooperation and says they are making gains against terrorism.The will also sign a cooperation agreement.
