(Telecompaper) Telekom Malaysia has completed its demerger exercise. The company has spun off its mobile and international holdings into TM International (TMI) and listed TMI securities on the Malaysian stock exchange. TMI began trading on Bursa Malaysia on 28 April with shares of MYR 1 each.
