 HATE to start out with a rant..... BUT..... If you know me well or just know me a little, I love fast food fries! While ORANGEMONSTER - - a Martucci Minute Mainstay is MAKING US SO PROUD by combatting his Pepsi addiction, I have yet begin to fight mine: the fast food fry. That said, I am getting a WEE BIT IRKED at all the SURPLUS napkins included when I order fries, or even a combo meal from a fast food drive through. It is OVER THE TOP WASTEFUL! Check it out. Is this stack really necessary? I know I know, I can save a forest just by avoiding fast food...Heavens-to-Betsy (oooooooooh... Betsy...sniff sniff) I have a wedding dress to squeeze into next year and it would serve me and the tree population well. But, I needed to vent. What BUGS YOU? Click on the pic and let me hear it! Ben and I put in a solid day's work Saturday. It is one of those days where the updated pictures probably won't look like we did much, but I promise you WE DID! I am in FIX-THE-WALL mode. To tackle this, I had to figure out how to use mortar. YIKES! Ben was so helpful and said "Hon, just look it up in the Home Depot book." Thanks cutie. So, off I went to mix the mortar and try to get the RIGHT CONSISTENCY of water to mortar mix for a 'THIN COAT'. I had ... |
