| The following merchants are offering a bonus for spending your stimulus checks at their shops ( IRS payment schedule ):
1. Purchase a gift card with your stimulus check, and Kmart and Sears will add a 10% bonus . Again I wouldn’t recommend this unless it’s a large purchase, because you have to use your entire check.
2. Sam’s Club is offering free membership with purchase of select products. If you are already a member, they offering $40 gift card. More info here .
3. Walmart will cash your stimulus check for free.
4. Meijer is offering 10% off with every $300, $600 or $1200 gift card purchase.
5. Kroger is offering 10% bonus on gift card purchases of $300, $600, and $1200.
6. Safeway will cash your check for free and offer a 10% off bonus card.
