There are many types of love in the universe. However they have one thing in common. Love as an energy force is the most powerful force in the world according to the research. Love is the glue that binds all of us to people, places and things. Are you using super glue or super love or are you using watered down glue that might come unglued when a hurricane in your life strikes? A second powerful force is gratitude . When we actively demonstrate gratitude for the people, places and things in our lives, they boomerang back to us. One of the things we do in our household is to carry small “gratitude rocks” in our pockets to remind us all the time to be grateful for things that matter to us. Try it! Every time you reach into your pocket for something it reminds you to say a little “thank you” to the Universe for the person you are with, for the things you have around you, for the events that are unfolding as you choose them to. Gratitude rocks are everywhere in our household from the dash of our vehicles to the bathroom shelf … every room, every pocket so that we try to maintain a state of gratitude in the NOW.
