Well, at least Johan Santana gets a reprieve. The Giants have shuffled their rotation for the upcoming series at Shea, moving phenom Tim Lincecum to Tuesday opposite Mike Pelfrey. That gives Lincecum an extra start before the All-Star break, since he can also pitch Sunday. Giants manager Bruce Bochy told the San Francisco Chronicle that shouldn’t preclude Lincecum from tossing an inning in the All-Star Game at Yankee Stadium as well.
