 Reverend Jeremiah Wright occupies the Mother of Pulpits today. AFP The Wright affair will be a win-win for both Barack Obama and Rev. Jeremiah Wright. Here's why: Barry "I play basketball" Obama: This afternoon, Obama looked decisive and tough as he denounced the yappy little preacher from Chicago who paid back Obama's loyalty by going for the candidate's jugular during three days' of news cycles. This will be seen, in the fullness of time, as an opportunity for Obama to demonstrate his hard-ass leadership skills, a vulnerability which Hillary has tried to exploit through her transexual grandstanding about shooting ducks as a little girl and nuking Iran soon. The good news is that the lippy Imam from Chicago will be the gift that keeps giving for Mr. Obama whose bid for the Democratic nod is in stall. This is because Jeremiah will shoot off another bunch of nasties toward Obama, probably on Larry King tonight, which will give Obama more ammo. Hopefully, he will stick to his guns and squelch the shenanigans with: "I'm not commenting about anything Reverend Wright says because he is irrelevant to me and this campaign and his ideas are stupid." Much depends on how he handles this little tinpot pulpit jockey. If he can't shut up, and neutralize Reverend Wright, how is he going to handle all those nasties mouthed by the world's tinpot despots and dictators like Hugo Chavez, the Hamas crazies or Osama bin Laden?
