The Israel Defense Forces soldier used a rubbercoated or plasic bullet. The man, Ashraf Abu Rahman 27, was light wonded. B'Tselem says a lieutenant colonel was at the scen, responsible for tieing the man before the shooting. B'Tselem demands an investigation. The shooting which took place on July 7 in Nilin, West Bank. A protest against the building of Israel's separation barrier took place before.
