Radeon X1270 how to set Proper GPU, Mem Clocks?

Hi, I've got a Gateway t-1628 and it has the x1270 radeon chipset and it's supposed to be at 400mhz core and 200mhz memory and Isn't the x1270 128bit width? that's what i thought it was... i saw somewhere it said it was 128bit. Anyway here's a screenshot of GPUZ. How do i set the clocks up to... ...
