Kentucky State Police are searching for a man who failed to return to the Johnson County jail Tuesday from work release, authorities said Wednesday. Andrew M. Lee, 27, walked away from work at the Paintsville Recreation Center Tuesday afternoon, state police said. Information about his original charges was not immediately available.
