Oprah Winfrey has completed her 21-day vegan detox. "I want some wine. Bordeaux 82. Just one glass at sunset, almost broke down and had a glass. I didn't," Winfrey wrote on her blog Sunday. "[But] tomorrow is another day. That's my mantra for now." Instead of caving in to her craving - Winfrey stuck to the plan. "Main meal was a large baked potato with sautéed onions, herbs and olive oil. And fresh green salad with avocado and tomato, lemon, garlic and olive oil," Winfrey wrote. Inspired by Kathy Freston's book Quantum Wellness , Winfrey kicked off her 21-day cleanse in May. Her menu — created by Freston's own chef Tal Ronnen — featured food like tofu scramble roasted tomato, grilled onion and sweet garlic aioli quesadillas with jicama slaw. The daytime diva, 54, kept an online journal of the entire dieting process. (See Oprah's weight highs and lows.) "This has been exactly what we intended: enlightening. I will forever be a more cautious and conscious eater. That's my commitment for now. To stay awakened," Winfrey wrote on Sunday. (See Us Weekly weight winners.)
