So I'm sitting here watching the Angels / Red Sox game and I'm noticing something... this actually feels like a baseball game. That is, the Angels may be down 5-3 right now, but it feels like they actually have a chance of coming back. Their pitchers aren't always dominating and their hitters aren't always executing (of particular note I think is the stat that in his last 52 post-season ABs, Vlad has 1 RBI and 0 extra base hits... sound familiar?), but they still seem to have the ability to come back. The last two Cubs games have not felt like that. Why is it that this team seems to just play like the game ends as soon as they get down by a bit? They weren't like this in the regular season... what is it that guys on the Red Sox or the Angels have that our players don't? I just don't get it... ...
