Oil prices rose Monday on concerns that the threat of new sanctions against Iran over its nuclear program may escalate tensions in the oil-rich Middle East. Light, sweet crude for August delivery was up 31 cents to $129.19 a barrel in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Prices occasionally pushed past $130 a barrel, but failed to sustain an early rally as traders searched for reasons to bet big following last week's dramatic drop. ...
