Gov. Ted Strickland has named the dean of the Ohio State University law school to serve temporarily as the state’s attorney general. The dean, Nancy Rogers, will replace Marc Dann, a Democrat, who resigned after complaints of sexual harassment and unprofessionalism, and an affair with a subordinate. Dean Rogers will lead the office for about six months but does not plan to run in the November election.
