DOMINGO RAMIREZ JR. A teen with a list of Fort Worth-area police departments was arrested Tuesday after he attempted to deliver cookies laced with LSD to the Lake Worth Police Department. The 18-year-old had a list with the names of 25 area police departments -- and 12 of them were checked off, police said. No injuries have been reported, authorities said, but Fort Worth police have confirmed that at least three officers ate cookies from a basket delivered to the downtown office. The teen was arrested about 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Lake Worth police station after he tried to drop off a basket of cookies and candy, claiming that they came from MADD. Police identified him as Christian Phillips of Watauga. "We had already received a call to be on the lookout," Lake Worth Police Chief Brett McGuire said Tuesday. "He was detained after we took one of the cookies and it tested positive for LSD." McGuire said that MADD had nothing to do with the delivery of the basket. The Fort Worth department is contacting officers who might have been exposed. Police said will seek charges if the cookies or candy test positive for drugs.
