 Birmingham Airport's new boss is ready to begin work after resigning from his previous post, it has been reported. Paul Kehoe was named as the new boss of Birmingham Airport and will be given a £200,000 a year salary although he will remain as the chief executive officer at Bristol Airport until they find a successor. Mr Kehoe said: "The developments that are either planned or under way are ambitious and will enable the airport to continue to make a significant contribution to the success of the region." Mr Kehoe has already worked as an RAF air traffic controller and a manager of BAe Systems' airports portfolio during a 20-year career in the aviation industry. Birmingham Airport chairman John Hudson told the Birmingham Post: "He brings with him a wealth of airport operating experience and the board looks forward to Paul's leadership during the challenging times ahead."
