  When Albert and Vesta Miller built their house at 90 Dedham Ave. in 1879, they probably didn’t foresee the trouble Needhamites would go through to keep it intact. But nearly 130 years later, local developer Michael Tedoldi has vowed to maintain the Miller residence in turning the historical property into condominiums. To do so, the house will have to be rotated 90 degrees, and moved back on the property, making the residence the centerpiece of his latest project. Tedoldi, who previously incorporated two historic houses into his Needham developments, will move the house by lifting it up on steel beams and pivoting it around one central point. Once in its final resting place, the residence will be turned into two of the five condominiums. The project is scheduled for completion next spring. “He’s going to great lengths to try to save this house, to keep something that’s old and make it part of the community,” said Betsy Tedoldi, real estate broker for the new complex. The house at 90 Dedham Ave. was the first of many built by the Millers in the area. The husband and wife, who were both doctors that practiced locally in Needham, went on to build at least 17 houses around Dedham Avenue, leading the area to eventually be called Millerville.
