NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer says both Afghans and the international community are making progress in the province of Uruzgan. Mr De Hoop Scheffer was speaking during a visit to Dutch and Australian troops in the province. He visited Camp Holland in Tarin Kowt before flying on to a base in the Baluchi valley.
