And she doesn't even KNOW it, yet! I am so grateful that I go on to become true friends with so many of my clients and this particular one is no exception. About two months ago I did a Feng Shui Consultation at her beautiful home in lovely Long Island, New York. It is a very upscale town and the homes are spectacular. My client wanted to focus first on career. Having left her old position (and accumulating several degrees in the interim), she felt that she would like to return to work. It is a very specialized field and I'd spoken and emailed with her after the consultation. Her home was impeccable and aside from a few minor things I did notice that two of the rooms leading in from the front door primarily had the doors closed. They weren't used often, she explained and that's why they were closed. It didn't allow the energy to circulate through her entire house, it actually had only one way to go ..... The other thing I noticed was that most, if not all of the clocks in these rooms were stopped. Which is stopping time, not moving forward from a Feng Shui Perspective. We discussed some other changes but as simple as it sounds, I felt that was the primary reason. Things do NOT work on OUR timetable. They come when they're ready. I called my client last night to see how things were going and was delighted to hear she was "up" for the job of her dreams, literally! Her new employer pretty much told her she would be hi ...
