Ahem: The Juneteenth Celebration and Parade will take place this weekend in the Civic Center from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday, June 21 and Sunday, June 22. The following street closures will be required from 8:00 p.m., Friday, June 20 to midnight, Sunday, June 22 for the Juneteenth Celebration. * Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place from McAllister Street to Grove Street * Grove Street from Goodlett Place to Larkin Street * Larkin Street (southbound only) from Grove Street to McAllister Street The Juneteenth Parade will be held on Saturday, June 21 and begin at 11:00 a.m. The route will be as follows: east on Post Street, south on Fillmore Street, east on McAllister, and into the Civic Center. This celebration will also affect the 5 Fulton, 22 Fillmore, 31 Balboa, 38 Geary, 47 Van Ness, and 49 Mission/Van Ness lines. Check NextMuni before you head out. But wait, there's more!
