When Evelyn Kraut is looking for a good, 'tasty' meal and a good value, she heads to Hometown Buffet in Hallandale Beach. It may not be fancy, says Kraut, at left with chief chef Delsio Castello and friend Anita Kippelman, but 'the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, the food is fresh and the menu is large, varied and inviting' -- plus it's 'inexpensive.' Kraut doesn't mind having to stand in the buffet line because 'whether here for lunch or dinner,' she's `never disappointed.' ...
