RENOVO - A borough man has been locked up at the Clinton County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 bail for allegedly growing a marijuana plant in his backyard. Carl Franklin Streck, 29, of 604 Ontario Ave., was taken into custody by Renovo Police Sgt. Tom Bruno Tuesday night after an individual stopped the police officer and alerted him to the plant. ...
