FARGO, N.D. (AP) _ A man accused of stealing 40 guns from two separate Grand Forks dealers has been sentenced in federal court to nearly three years in prison. Thirty-one-year-old Kelly Stenstrum of Grand Forks pleaded guilty to three felony charges in the case in April. He was sentenced this week to 34 months in prison and three years of supervised release. U.S. District Judge Rodney Webb also ordered Stenstrum to pay restitution totaling nearly $22,700. ...
