My question is : Let's say there are - tens if not 'hundreds of thousands' of psychologically and/or financially affected ex-scientologists from around the world, who as it seems many are too afraid to take legal action against this "church" due to the fear of being targeted by the "fair game" policy and being harassed and even bankrupted. Wouldn't it be a good move for a large number of them to "simultaneously" launch individual law suits against the "church". Let's say for example 500 people from around the world all banded together and launched individual law suits on the same day, this would surely send the send the church into a mad scramble and they'd be very unlikely to have the capacity to 'control' this situation and enact their "fair game" policy. Not to mention the massive worldwide negative publicity toward the church that this type of situation would create. I bring to attention the Irish lady "Mary Johnson", who was only in the church for 2 years and sued them for her being "psychologically damaged", and reputably received an "out of court" settlement of $2 million in 2003. Mary Johnson (http://www.factnet.org/Scientology/Mary_Johnson.html) I should add, please excuse any naivety in this question, as i know very little about the legal system. Take Care. ...
