Backers of a new Lutheran high school in Sioux Falls will file paperwork with the state next week and push toward opening for classes in 2010. The school probably will open inside one of five sponsoring churches with classes for grades 9-10 and then expand by 2012 to serve grades 11-12, said steering committee member Brian Rafferty.
