Their idea of training is to throw you infront of a computer for a week and a half learning things that will never be applied to your job or anywhere in the store. Management will schedule you WHENEVER they feel like it regardless of your availability or not. You have 5 days of absent's available and they will lecture you that calling in sick, being in a car accident, or having a family emergancy is not a valid enough excuse for not showing up. If you are a cashier be prepared for a daily mind fuck of 'policy' changing with every manager and supervisor. Good luck getting any help from another department or reaching them on the phone system; you have to kiss up and play the airhead to receive any help. If you have to close and are a new employee the 'veterans' WILL make you perform all the cleaning duties and you will not be able to clock out untill they are all finished. They do not give you soap to clean anything but are very anal about how clean and 'streak free' the bathrooms are. They will not let you transfer out of the store.
