I'm sure he's a nice guy, but from a b-ball perspective, he never
lived up to the billing. He was an inconsistent player with
excellent athleticism but a non-existent offensive game. He showed
glimpses of greatness in some games, and disappeared from others.
He was never a defensive enforcer and for his height, the
competition he played against, and his alleged athleticism a
sub-par rebounder.
Declaring for the draft makes since because he has his degree and
with how little improvement he has shown in four years in BYU's
program (one redshirt year) I doubt another year would help. I hope
he can develop his game at the professional level wherever that
might be or in a few years he will be putting his degree to work.
