A Kentucky State Police Sergeant was arrested on charges of intoxication and resisting arrest in Pikeville. WYMT-TV in Hazard reported Sgt. Timothy Moore, who is assigned to the Ashland KSP post, is charged with alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Pikeville officers arrested Moore after a concert by Poison on Sunday night. He was off duty. The arrest report states Moore appeared drunk and shouted obscenities at a city police officer. When city officers stopped the car Moore was riding in, the citation said he refused to answer questions and officers had to take him out of the car. ...
