A judge has tossed out a lawsuit by an Islamic organization that accused the Bush administration of illegally wiretapping its telephones without warrants. The now-defunct Al-Haramain Islamic Foundation says the government accidentally sent it a top-secret document while considering whether to label the group a terrorist organization. The group says the document appeared to be a log of telephone calls between organization officers and their attorneys. The federal judge ruled Wednesday that the group can't use the top-secret document to prove its case. But the judge did allow its lawyers to refile the lawsuit if they can find other evidence of warrantless government surveillance. ...
