By Victor Balta As Seen On TV Comcast.net Jane Seymour visited the TV critics press tour in Beverly Hills on Tuesday to talk about her new Hallmark Channel movie "Dear Prudence," but it didn't take long for the conversation to turn to one of her most beloved TV roles, "Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman." Seymour quickly snuffed out any suggestion that there would be a revival of "Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman" when asked by a reporter if there are any plans in the offing. "(CBS Chairman) Les Moonves does not want to make any more 'Dr. Quinns,'" Seymour said, adding that the character also wouldn't emerge on Hallmark or any other channel. "Unfortunately not, because CBS owns it. I still have all the clothes, though." Seymour said fans of "Dr. Quinn" would enjoy her new project, "Dear Prudence," in which she plays Prudence McCoy, "a humorous, Martha Stewart-like advice columnist and TV personality who escapes to a much-needed vacation from her work-driven life," according to a Hallmark press release. There, she finds herself involved in solving a murder mystery "by using her own quick-witted, good-housekeeping tips." It will air in the fall on Hallmark Channel. "We're embarking on something brand new and I'm very excited about it," Seymour said, adding a message to "Quinn" fans. "I think they're going to love 'Prudence.'" Seymour also spoke about Dancing With the Stars. To read more, go to Comcast.net's As Seen on TV . ...
