The Presidential race is Virigina is expected to be closer this year than ever as Barack Obama hopes to motivate first time and minority voters to come out on election day in this traditionally red state. But Barack Obama may not be the only person fighting John McCain for votes in Virigina. Evidently, a group known as the Independent Green Party of Virginia or the "Indy Greens" managed to get enough signatures to put Michael Bloomberg on the ballot without his knowing or consent. The "Indy Greens" also managed to get looney Texas congressman Ron Paul on the ballot as Bloomberg's running mate. Mayor Bloomberg and Representative Paul can both object and ask that their name be removed from the Virginia ballot. It seems like Bloomberg may try to do so, but Ron Paul seems like he'll do anything to get his name on the ballot this fall.
