DES MOINES, Iowa - A unanimous Iowa Supreme Court declined March 28 to grant an injunction to prevent the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) from granting permits for construction of two concentrated hog-feeding factories (Barry C. Simpson, et al. v. Luke Kollasch, et al., No. 97, Iowa Sup.; 2008 Iowa Sup. LEXIS 50).
