| Interesting issue happening right now in the Reading system.
All of these channels say "One Moment Please - This Channel Should be Available Shortly" on our Motorola Box:
TBS HD
TLC HD
Starz HD
A&E HD
HGTV HD
So to check the signal level I switch to my TV's built in QAM channel, and go to the EIA frequency, since they are across 2 muxes. I'm glad I keep an updated chart of this stuff!
What do you know, I get all 5 of those HD channels in crystal clear QAM at full signal strength.
So it appears as if those two QAMs lost their encryption, and the Moto box is pretty confused about that. Luckily I have a clear QAM tuner and can watch those through the TV. No big deal for me... I'm sure it'll be fixed real soon, just thought its strange little glitch that I had to share.
55-1 TBS HD (1080i)
55-2 TLC HD (1080i)
64-1 Starz HD (1080i)
64-2 A&E HD (720p)
64-3 HGTV HD (1080i)
See if you get those following channels on the box, and if not, see if it's in clear qam if you have a qam tuner. I'm sure something like this will be fixed real quick. Starz for free, come on! Well worse yet, the Moto's lost sync with the encryption keys or something (since they are now in the clear). I'm going to look into the issue. ... |
