I've seen other posts here related to this subject and since I don't live where there are any toll roads, I'm looking for some advice: Today, I received a notice from the Illinois Tollway telling me I owe them $62.60. On the notice, there's a picture of the license plate and vehicle. It's "almost" my license plate but it's definitely not my vehicle. By almost my license plate, I mean there's an extra space on mine that's not on the one pictured. Yes, it's a vanity plate. I've tried calling but the damn line has been busy all day. If they won't accept my explanation, what would you do....pay it, say the hell with it or something else? Thanks :D -- Anticipate Nothing...Expect Everything ...
