AUSTIN — Houston attorney Joe Jamail, whose name already appears on several University of Texas buildings, is donating another $15 million to the school. "I like it, and I think I'm helping," the 82-year-old Jamail told the Houston Chronicle of his philanthropy involving his alma mater. "There are no vaults where I'm headed, up or down."
