| Checked my bookings on Hilton site - suprised to find I'd booked a room at this hotel - checked further it's for another guest - so I've got their FF number do they have my address and contact details on their booking as well ? Call Diamond Desk - after 20mins and admitting it's a breach of my personal information by the hotel suggest I call the hotel to cancel ! A Supervisor would not talk to me ???!!! Fax the hotel this morning to bring to their attention error and guess what ..booking still showing on my Hilton reservations ! Peeved with the Diamond Desk and obviously the hotel for this breach - though not charged for the hotel still a breach of my personal information - good way to keep my custom Hilton ! ... |
