 Barely nine months after the launch of one of the most successful and innovative rhythm games of all times come the announcement of a sequel! Harmonix, MTV and EA have announced the launch of Rock Band 2 in September exclusively on the 360 (other platforms to follow) . The early list of features includes backwards compatibility with Rock Band DLC, new online modes and new drum and guitar peripherals (although it will still be compatible with the original RB instruments) . There is currently not a lot of information available, but the press release promises more details at this year's E3.
