Greensburg is beginning construction of its new City Hall. Officials from the city and the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Rural Development program had a groundbreaking ceremony Friday for the $2.95 million, energy-efficient facility. The building will replace the one destroyed during the May 4, 2007, tornado. Funding includes $1.18 million from the Federal Emergency Management Agency and $900,000 from the Agriculture Department.
