There was always something classy about Richard Widmark who died today at 93. For an actor who became famous as sadistic creep Tommy Udo, he of the Joker-style laughter as he pushed a little old lady in a wheelchair down the stairs to her death in “Kiss of Death,” Widmark escaped typecasting early.
