| The Sunshine Girls of the Chase Library in West Harwich are organizing a gala fundraising event to be held on Tuesday, Aug. 12, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and on Saturday, Aug. 16, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. A Book Sale, Bake Sale, Plant Sale, and a White Elephant Sale are all planned for the front lawn, rain or shine, on both days. Chase Library is located on West Harwich on Route 28 at 7 Main St. next door to Friendly's Restaurant. Ample parking is available at Friendly's. Chase Library welcomes new patrons. It has an abundance of new fiction and plenty of non-fiction, audio books, DVDs, and children's books. Chase Library is open two days a week year round on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturdays from 1 to 5 p.m. ... |
