The International Intradermal Cosmetics Expo - IICE 2008, the world's largest permanent cosmetics convention, features triple conventions for its annual permanent makeup educational conference and trade show to accommodate varying levels of expertise at affordable rates. Sandi Hammons will keynote this year's event in October. All three Expos will be held at the American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics and hosted by Premier Pigments.
