I am new to the whole smart phone family. I purchased a refurbished palm treo 700p off ebay that was supposed to be an Alltel phone. The phone has no branding, but when I called to activate they switched the ESN over to my account. Then when I called *228 to activate it is in roaming and I get a... ...
