"Antoinette J. Citizen" just posted a few pictures from one of the finest pieces of Nintendo-themed art I've ever seen: An entire room she decorated to resemble the first level from Super Mario Bros. From the pixelated, multi-surface mural depicting the iconic stage, to the 3-D bricks that emit sound effects from the game, the entire project demonstrates an almost obsessive attention to retro gaming detail. I don't think I have the scratch necessary to commission something like this for my apartment, but I'd love to see something like this adorn the walls of one of my local arcades -- or, for that matter, any building I regularly enter.
