Superior Court, Mickey Fine Pharmacy claims that the former "Tonight Show" sidekick and his spouse orally agreed to pay the purchase price on the prescriptions, but have only paid $500 on a tab they allege to be in the amount of $8, 231.76. The pharmacy operator alleges that the McMahons refused to pay off monthly bills sent to them, and is seeking compensation for the medication costs and coverage of legal fees and "such other and further relief as this Court may deem just and proper." ...
