As you may have seen in the news, Paul Krugman picked up the economics Nobel prize today. As I mentioned in a previous thread, Krugman's book "The Conscience of a Liberal" is sharply critical of massive differentials of material wealth and attributes that phenomenon to massive political partisanship in this country.
