Bleeding Green Nation notices that the Eagles' website is so homer-ish the bloggers can't stop praising people -- even ones who haven't been on the team since 1983. And I know we've covered him about as much -- if not more -- than some of the players, but man, Harold Carmichael simply does not drop a pass. This notion struck up a small round of conversation with a few of us on the sidelines. It makes you wonder how anyone stopped this guy when he was in his prime. A big, sure-handed target. Yes, this is why Carmichael was a talented receiver for 13 or so seasons in the NFL while Freddie Mitchell only lasted, like, 3. You think that might give the Eagles some ideas. Training camp began earlier this week; as much as I love football, it takes me a few weeks to be able to stomach training camp news. I'd advise checking in with Bounty Bowl and Iggles Blog , both good Eagles sites, as well as the beat writers. Harold Carmichael continues to impress [Bleeding Green Nation] ...
